The Jesus College MCR is accepting of all persons, regardless of their sexual or gender identities.

A number of support and social groups operate within the University and the wider Oxford community to assist LGBTQ+ identifying students and community members.

The student run Oxford University LGBTQ Society hosts a broad range of social events throughout the year, as well as promoting welfare services and working alongside OUSU to promote the interests of LGBTQ+ students. Membership is free, and interested students can sign up to committee’s mailing list by following the instructions on the website.

The Oxford City Council supports the Oxford Friends service that provides free and confidential information, support and counselling services for the LGBT+ community in Oxford. Visit their website here.
